Automated Punch Press

Our fully automated Amada punch press, equipped with advanced loading and unloading systems, is the heart of our high-volume production process. This technology ensures rapid throughput, consistent accuracy, and minimal material waste. It allows us to produce complex sheet profiles and perforations with exact repeatability, meeting even the tightest production deadlines.

Advanced Bending Capabilities

We utilise both an automated Salvagnini bending press and manual Amada bending machines to handle a wide range of sheet metal forming requirements. The automated system enables continuous, high-speed production of precision bends, while our manual machines give us the flexibility to work on specialised or lower-volume projects. This combination means we can adapt quickly to customer demands without compromising on quality.

Fabrication

Our fabrication area is equipped for a wide variety of welding techniques, allowing us to work with different materials and thicknesses. From MIG and TIG welding to spot welding, we have the skill set to create strong, reliable joints for both functional and aesthetic purposes. This versatility enables us to manufacture anything from standard parts to complex custom builds, all with structural integrity and finish quality in mind.

Paint

Our in-house powder coating facility ensures every product receives a tough, attractive finish built to withstand the rigours of daily use. The process begins with a degreasing station that prepares surfaces for coating, ensuring maximum adhesion. Powder is then applied in a controlled environment before baking in a high-temperature oven, resulting in a smooth, durable finish that resists chips, scratches, and corrosion.

Assembly

Our dedicated assembly line streamlines the process of turning individual components into complete, ready-to-use products. Each station is equipped for accuracy and efficiency, with rigorous quality checks at every stage. From van racking systems to custom-engineered units, our team assembles products with precision, ensuring they meet our high standards and your expectations.
